This award is an incredible initiative that celebrates female entrepreneurship in Curitiba and the Metropolitan Region. Keep reading to learn more about this award and what it means to us.

What is the Curitibana Entrepreneur Award?

The Curitibana Entrepreneur Award is an initiative by the Curitiba City Hall and Vale do Pinhão. It aims to highlight and support women entrepreneurs who are making a difference in various fields, including health, technology, social impact, and more.

The path to becoming a finalist

The process to become a finalist was challenging but incredibly rewarding. Camila had her data and documents reviewed by an expert panel, participated in a workshop with Erica Marques, an entrepreneurship specialist, to refine our pitch. Afterward, she had just three minutes to present Ahnima to a specialized judging committee. The presentation focused on various aspects including originality, clarity, feasibility, market potential, and innovative initiatives for socio-environmental impact.

Why are we finalists?

One of the factors that really set us apart was our alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We are committed to creating a positive impact, not only through the products we offer but also in how we conduct our business.

The principles of Ahnima, which include innovation, social responsibility, and a focus on well-being, were crucial to our selection as finalists. But it doesn't stop there. Our sustainable journey was also a determining factor. We use plastic-free packaging and maintain an unwavering commitment to quality at every stage of the process, from conception to delivering the final product to the consumer.
