If a customer discovers any manufacturing defect or non-conformity in a purchased product, they should contact us at email@ahnima.com within 90 (ninety) days of receiving the product (in accordance with Article 26, II of the Consumer Defense Code). Following the instructions provided, returned products will be assessed. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Ahnima will replace the product or refund the purchase price within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the customer's request. Exchange will not be processed if there are any signs of use or mishandling of the product.
If no manufacturing defects are found or if it is determined that any defects in the product result from mishandling or misuse by the customer, Ahnima will return the product to the customer without reimbursing the amount paid.
REFUSAL OF ORDER
The customer must inspect the product upon receipt, and if any of the following conditions are observed, they must refuse acceptance immediately and note the reason on the back of the invoice:
- Open packaging
- Damaged packaging
If the product was accepted under these conditions, please contact us at email@ahnima.com within 48 hours so that we can resolve the issue.
